The access and availability of these amenities are subject to the discretion of the management, who may choose to open or close them based on their own policies and in compliance with applicable regulations. We do not have control over the amenities and refunds are not possible if these are not available. Outside guests are not permitted onto the property without prior approval. These units have an upper floor and lower floor, with the upper floors only accessible by stairs. If you have a preference or any mobility issues, please let us know ahead of time so we can try our best to accommodate you! Kindly avoid placing any trash outside the house. Our community has strict regulations regarding waste disposal, and leaving trash outside can result in fines and penalties (up to $75 per bag found). Please use the designated trash bins / compactor provided within the property near house 1 for any excess trash. If the trash isn't yours or is a normal amount, just leave it inside and we can come by to take care of it (just let us know!)
